HELP provides support in the form of integrated projects or individual components


  • Introductory seminars on the HELP approach
  • Foundation: scoping, guidance and support on establishing baselines and designing project options to achieve local priority outcomes
  • Guidance and support to existing community development initiatives
  • Design of an integrated project, building a neighbourhood partnership in two years which then becomes self-sustaining
  • Other components such as feasibility studies, training and evaluation.

Costs for an integrated project average £80K per year for 2 years. Cost for components are quoted for the particular package
